Starting Training
No experience is required. Beginners can join at any time. Your instructor will place you in the right class based on your goals and schedule.
Equipment & Attire
Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move in. Program‑specific uniforms or gear are introduced once you’re enrolled. Starter equipment is provided or loaned during early sessions.
Safety & Eligibility
Training is supervised and paced for different experience levels. Programs are open to adults and teens (13+). Students of all ages train with us, including those in their 50s and 60s.
Attendance Policy
Class schedules may change due to holidays, travel, events, or operational needs. Class observation is available by prior appointment only to ensure minimal distraction to active training.
Payment Policy
Training payments are non‑refundable. Access to any program begins or continues only after payment is received. Missed classes do not receive credits, refunds, or extensions. Program‑specific terms within your client agreement.
Training Structure
Each program maintains a distinct structure, pace, and training focus. Your instructor will outline equipment requirements, milestones, and class expectations during your initial alignment session.
