FEE & CREDIT BREAKDOWN
Consultation Fee ($50) — Secures your private appointment to design your custom order for uniforms, training equipment, and other gear. We handle the technical details, ensure compliance with our program standards, and perform a quality check on your equipment when it arrives.
Gear Credit ($100) — Applied 100% directly toward purchasing your physical items with zero additional shipping fees.
THE PROTOCOL
Submit A Request — Enter your email below to reserve an outfitting slot
Secure Your Slot — We will verify your membership status, contact you to pick an appointment window, and send your $150 invoice within 2-3 days
The Consultation — Once your invoice is paid, your session is officially locked in. We will meet to take your exact measurements and map out your custom gear order
POLICIES & DEADLINES
To protect our scheduling capacity, this transaction is non-refundable once your private session is locked in. If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your slot. No-shows or late cancellations are subject to forfeiture of the $50 consultation fee, but your $100 Gear Credit will remain safe.
Your $100 Gear Credit must be used to finalize an equipment purchase within 30 days of your scheduled consultation date. If an order is not placed within this window, the $100 Gear Credit automatically converts into a flexible credit that can be applied toward membership fees, personal training sessions, and other products and services offered by KIDAKAYA. All converted credits expire exactly 1 year from your initial scheduled appointment date. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
